November 25th 2022: Great news! We are quickly working through the order backlog and now estimating that new orders placed today will be shipped within 1 - 3 weeks and that order turnaround times will continue to improve in the coming weeks. We feel confident that we will be fully caught up before Black Friday & Cyber Monday for a strong holiday season.

• Due to the situation, our delivery options are currently limited to standard home delivery.

• We have additional health and safety measures in place to protect our logistics team, including staggered break times, expanded work spaces and increased cleanings.

• Our delivery services have also adapted their processes by keeping a safe distance, offering safe pickup locations, and not requiring a signature for packages.
